Introduction
Advanced Permanent Makeup Workshops are designed for practicing artists who already understand the foundations of permanent makeup and want to refine a specific technique, improve their healed results, or receive focused feedback on their work.
Each workshop is built around the artist’s current experience and technical needs. The emphasis is not on copying one fixed method, but on understanding how anatomy, skin, pigment, equipment, and application choices work together in each individual case.
Training may include a full procedure demonstration, supervised model practice, detailed case analysis, or a focused technical session
Workshop Focus
The content of each workshop is selected according to the artist’s goals and may include:
- Powder brow technique and soft shading
- Machine hairstrokes and nano brows
- Lip blush and natural lip definition
- Lip neutralization
- Corrective permanent makeup
- Brow mapping and lip shape design
- Pigment and color selection
- Needle configurations and machine settings
- Working with different skin types
- Pigment implantation, pressure, speed, and depth
- Evaluating healed results
- Troubleshooting uneven retention and color changes
- Procedure photography and portfolio presentation
The focus is always on controlled application, predictable healing, and results that remain balanced over time.
Training Formats
Demonstration Workshop
Observe Alena perform a complete procedure on a live model, from consultation and design through pigment selection and application.
Each stage is explained in real time, including the technical decisions made according to the model’s anatomy, skin, existing permanent makeup, and desired healed result.
Hands-On Workshop
Practice on a live model under Alena’s direct supervision.
Feedback may include hand position, movement, pressure, depth, speed, needle choice, pigment application, shape, and overall procedure strategy.
Private Technique Intensive
A focused one-on-one session built around a specific technique, recurring difficulty, or area the artist wants to improve.
Artists may also bring healed case photos or examples of their work for detailed review and technical feedback.

This training is intended for artists who have already completed foundational permanent makeup education and have some practical experience.
