When you book an appointment or course through the Site you may be asked to pay a non‑refundable deposit. Deposit, rescheduling, late‑arrival, and cancellation rules are displayed during checkout and in your confirmation email. By booking, you agree to those rules.
7. User‑Generated Content
If you post reviews, images, or other materials (“User Content”) on the Site or our social channels, you grant Alena Brow Art a perpetual, worldwide, royalty‑free license to use, display, and distribute that content in any media. You represent that you own all rights to your User Content and that it does not infringe any third‑party rights or violate any law. We may remove User Content at any time.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
