Online appointment booking, payments, client intake forms, and consent forms may be provided through Square. Square operates as an independent third-party service and has its own privacy practices.

Please do not submit medical information, detailed health history, identification documents, or payment-card information through general contact forms, email, or social media.

Square processes payment-card information. Alena Brow Art does not receive or store complete payment-card numbers through the Website.
